Unless otherwise stated* reservations may be cancelled or amended up until 14:00 on the day prior to arrival. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in an automatic charge equivalent to 1 night(s) of accommodation being charged to your credit card. Advance Purchase rates are prepaid on booking. On Key event dates such as 6 Nations, Autumn International Rugby and Concert dates, cancellation policy is always at least 14 days prior to arrival. Horse Show Cancellation policy for rate plans accept those on Advance Purchase (Prepaid) is 21 days prior to arrival.
*Bookings made for apartments at Park Residence are always subject to a 7-day cancellation policy.
