Unless otherwise stated* reservations may be cancelled or amended up until 14:00 on the day prior to arrival. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in an automatic charge equivalent to 1 night(s) of accommodation being charged to your credit card.
Advance Purchase rates are prepaid on booking, and are non refundable and non transferrable.
On Key event dates such as 6 Nations, Autumn International Rugby and Concert dates, cancellation policy is 21 days prior to arrival, If you choose to book Advance Purchase, these are prepaid, non refundable, non transferrable rates.
Horse Show dates booked on flexible rate plans cancellation is 28 days prior to arrival. Advance Purchase rates, are prepaid on booking, non refundable and non transferrable.
*Bookings made for apartments at Park Residence are subject to a 7-day cancellation policy.
